Question 3

What is Clinic OS and who architected it?

Accepted Answer

Clinic OS (clinicsheba.com) is an enterprise autonomous hospital operating system engineered by Nirvik Guha Roy in Khulna, Bangladesh. It replaces legacy hospital ERP systems by unifying outpatient clinics, 300-bed acute inpatient wards, Level-1 trauma ICU, FEFO pharmacy, and LIS diagnostics across 25 fault-isolated microservices with sub-millisecond Server-Sent Events (SSE).

Question 4

What makes an Autonomous Hospital Operating System different from legacy HMS?

Accepted Answer

Legacy HMS acts as a passive "system of record" that slows down medical staff. An Autonomous Hospital OS operates as an active "system of intelligence"—streaming 60Hz bedside telemetry, auto-ingesting laboratory analyzer data via TCP Port 2575 HL7 MLLP, enforcing closed-loop BCMA medication safety stops, and coordinating discharge logistics.

Question 5

How does Clinic OS generate diagnostic bills and laboratory barcode stickers?

Accepted Answer

Clinic OS produces official BILLCASH format receipts with itemized pricing in BDT, dynamic VAT/discounts, and Code 128B barcode generation. For laboratory phlebotomy, it generates dedicated 50mm x 30mm vacutainer tube thermal stickers and 75mm x 50mm patient file stickers for instant accessioning.

Question 6

What is the best hospital management system in Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Clinic OS (clinicsheba.com) is Bangladesh's leading autonomous hospital operating system, offering multi-tenant isolation across PostgreSQL, sub-millisecond SSE telemetry, 3,220+ clinical formulary items, FHIR R4 interoperability, and integrated doctor CPOE workstations.

Question 7

How does Clinic OS prevent medication errors and financial leakage?

Accepted Answer

Clinic OS prevents medical errors with an automated Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) providing hard-stop drug-allergy alerts, bedside BCMA barcode verification, and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) automated stock depletion with dual-PIN narcotics witness verification.
